How do you generate your mailing lists?
We gather the information for our list through an advanced screening process that ensures accuracy and quality. The information comes from market research, advertising requests, surveys, and direct mailing campaigns. The majority of the names we provide are homeowners that have been well established and have a verifiable address. We do include non-homeowners as long as they check out. Lists are generated every 10 days and are never kept for more than 28 days. All information is screened for accuracy and quality before it is processed into label format. No name is printed twice.

How do I know I am getting a fresh list?
We know a quality list is the most important factor in a direct mailing campaign. This is why we date all of our information and process it immediately. The freshest lists will generate the highest response rates. We guarantee no list to be over 28 days old and we do this to ensure a successful mailing campaign.

How do you format your lists?
Lists are printed on smudge free pressure sensitive peel & stick labels. 30 labels per page. General mailing lists are randomly sorted by zip code and major city nationwide. Custom orders are available upon request and will be sorted by last name and zip code of your targeted area. To request a customized mailing list please send the name(s) of the city, and/or zip code(s) of the area you would like to target along with the size of list required to complete your mailing campaign. What type of return rate should I expect from my direct mailing?
This is the question everyone wants answered. We put tremendous effort into providing you with the most responsive and highest quality names. However, it is impossible to predict actual response rates for any particular mail piece. Many different factors contribute to the success or failure of a direct mailing campaign. We recommend dropping at least 500 to a 1,000 mail pieces to maximize your results. Rest assured that your offer will hit it's intended market when you use our lists, however your response will depend on what you have to offer, and how it is presented. Our hands on experience has shown that a worthwhile offer, well presented, truthful and professional looking, will produce profitable results.

How do I get my mailing list?
Our online order form is located in a secure area. However, if you feel more comfortable ordering by mail, simply print out the order form and send it to us. Our address is located on the contact us page.

How long will it take until I receive my list?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours not including weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped USPS priority mail and usually received within 3 to 5 business days. Some states may take up to 6 business days. We do offer next day Express Shipping if desired, for the flat rate of $19.99.
